The Freddy Adams Sports Tournament Team Rules and Registration Forms
Please print and fill out a registration form for each sport you wish to register. Send the signed agreement of rules, the completed registration form and entry fee to:

Registration Deadline and Fees - UPDATED
The deadline for registration of all teams and payment of fees is 7:00PM on August 07, 2009. Please bring all rosters to the Fishtown Recreation Center.
Tournament officials will accept checks up until July 31, 2009. After this date, only cash and money orders will be accepted. No exceptions.
